The Toyota-specific trap: ancient mods without LODs
Older Supra and AE86 mods often ship only the base YFT with no _hi.yft (high-detail LOD). They convert and spawn, but look low-detail up close. If your downloaded mod has a _hi.yft, make sure it's included in the upload - the converter streams both. If it never had one, the car will still work; it just won't have the close-up detail pass.
