Convert Nissan Mods to FiveM
Online, in About a Minute

The GT-R R35 is one of the most-downloaded car mods on GTA5-Mods, and the Skyline R34/R32 are JDM royalty on every drift and street server. Nissan mods come in huge variety - clean stock R35s, Liberty Walk widebodies, RHD-interior R34s - and almost all of them are replace-format single-player files that need full conversion to run as FiveM addons.

The Nissan Models Everyone Converts

GT-R R35 (stock & Liberty Walk)

Replace-format single-player mod → FiveM addon with its own spawn name, full meta set and a validated manifest.

Skyline GT-R R34 / R32

Replace-format single-player mod → FiveM addon with its own spawn name, full meta set and a validated manifest.

350Z & 370Z drift builds

Replace-format single-player mod → FiveM addon with its own spawn name, full meta set and a validated manifest.

Silvia S15 / S14 / S13

Replace-format single-player mod → FiveM addon with its own spawn name, full meta set and a validated manifest.

Patrol Y62 (popular in Middle-East RP)

Replace-format single-player mod → FiveM addon with its own spawn name, full meta set and a validated manifest.

The Nissan-specific trap: broken license plates on JDM imports

RHD Skyline and Silvia mods sometimes ship with a custom plate mesh whose secondary UV channel is collapsed - the plate background shows but the registration text stays blank in game. It's a model defect, not a conversion error. If plates matter on your server, test one spawn before buying a big JDM pack, or ask us - we've repaired this exact defect on customer cars.

Whatever the brand quirk, the workflow is the same: convertoptimize → spawn. And if a car still refuses to appear, our car-not-spawning guide walks through every cause.

How the Conversion Works

1. Upload the mod

Drop the GTA5-Mods ZIP (or the YFT/YTD files) straight into the Converter. No unpacking gymnastics required.

2. Pick sound & handling

Choose from 102 engine sounds with correct audio hashes and handling presets tuned per vehicle class - no XML editing, no JOAAT hash hunting.

3. Download & ensure

You get a complete addon resource: every meta file, a syntax-validated fxmanifest with all data_file lines, lowercase stream/ folder, unique modkit ID. Drag into resources/, add ensure, restart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my converted Skyline's license plate blank?

A known defect in some JDM mods: the plate mesh has two quads and the outer one's glyph UV channel is collapsed, so the dynamic plate text can't render. The car itself is fine. This needs a mesh-level repair (we offer it) - no meta edit fixes it.

Which engine sound fits an R35 GT-R?

The converter's sound library includes turbo V6 profiles that fit the R35 well, plus high-revving options for RB26 Skylines. You preview and pick during conversion - no audio hash hunting.

Is it allowed to use real-brand cars like Nissan on a FiveM server?

Rockstar/Take-Two enforcement targets trademarked content, which is why serious servers run debadged vehicles - the real model with logos and brand names removed. You can convert any mod for private use, but for a public server we recommend debadged versions; that is exactly what the FiveMRides catalog sells.

Where do I find Nissan mods to convert?

GTA5-Mods.com is the main source - download the mod ZIP, then upload it to the FiveMRides Converter. The tool accepts the usual single-player packaging (YFT/YTD files, replace folders) and outputs a complete FiveM addon resource.

What exactly does the converter generate?

A server-ready resource: vehicles.meta, handling.meta, carvariations.meta, carcols.meta with a validated modkit ID, a syntax-checked fxmanifest.lua with every data_file line, a lowercase stream/ folder, your chosen engine sound (102 options) and handling preset. Drag the folder into resources/, add ensure, restart - done.
