How do I install this MLO on my FiveM server?

Download the ZIP, extract it into your server's resources directory, add an ensure map-secret-villa line to your server.cfg, then restart. The interior loads automatically - travel to the marked location to enter it. An fxmanifest.lua is included for plug-and-play setup.

Is this optimized or will it lag my server?

Yes. Textures are compressed under the 16MB FiveM streaming cap, which prevents the missing-model and server-lag problems that oversized files cause.

What framework does it support?

It is framework-agnostic and works on ESX, QBCore, vMenu, and standalone servers. There is no framework lock-in.
