By accessing and placing an order on FiveMRides.com, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the terms and conditions outlined below.
Digital Product Nature
All products offered on FiveMRides.com are digital downloads only, and no physical items are shipped. By placing an order on our site, you agree to receive your purchase in electronic form and acknowledge that delivery is completed once the download link has been made available to you.
No Refunds: We Fix Or Replace
Because delivery is instant and the files cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. You keep the files, so the money stays with us.
What you get instead is a working product. If a vehicle you bought does not work, we repair it and send you a functional, tested model. If a model cannot be repaired, we replace it with another vehicle of equal value of your choosing. Support has no deadline on this.
The only refunds we grant are for a duplicate charge or an order that was paid but never delivered, requested within 48 hours of the charge. Bugs, wrong purchases, change of mind and setup conflicts are handled by fixing or replacing, never by refunding. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Instant Delivery & Access
After your payment is confirmed, your files are generated and sent instantly to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time or encounter any issue accessing your files, you must contact our support team so we can verify your order and help you restore access.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for entering a valid email address and safely storing your purchased files after download. We are not liable for loss of files due to device failure, deletion, or lack of backup on your side, but we may assist with re-delivery at our discretion.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time in order to improve the quality, security, and reliability of our service. Any changes will apply to new purchases from the date they are posted on this page, so you should review this section periodically.
