Setup, delivery and compatibility
Getting started
Yes. Completed orders are delivered automatically. The download link appears in your email and under My Account → Downloads.
Yes. Vehicle resources are framework-independent and work with ESX, QBCore, vMenu and standalone servers. Your garage or dealership script may still need the spawn name added to its own vehicle list.
Legacy and Enhanced use different game asset formats. Choose the version that matches the FiveM client used by your server. Enhanced products are marked Gen9, tested separately, and appear under the Enhanced filter in your account downloads.
Texture loss, models and common issues
Performance & fixes
Texture loss usually means the server is streaming too many oversized textures at once. Keep individual YTD files below FiveM’s streaming limit, reduce unnecessary 4K textures and make sure vehicles have sensible LODs. Our Resource Optimizer automates the texture pass.
Performance is part of the release process. We reduce oversized textures, check streaming files and prepare vehicles for populated servers. Actual FPS still depends on the combined weight of every resource running on your server.
Polycount varies by model and vehicle type. We prioritize usable in-game geometry, proper LOD behavior and texture budgets instead of relying on one universal number. Product details identify performance information when it is available.
First open Los Santos Customs and apply any bumper, hood, spoiler or exhaust option, then return it to stock if needed. This forces the tuning parts to load. Also verify that the resource folder is named stream in lowercase, especially on Linux servers.
Debadged cars, handling and GTA style
Vehicles & branding
Debadged vehicles remove real manufacturer logos and badges while preserving the overall vehicle style. They give server owners a cleaner catalog that fits roleplay branding and is easier to present as part of their own server identity.
Removing real-world logos and trademarks reduces unnecessary brand exposure on your server. Debadging is not a legal guarantee, but it is a practical step for communities that want a cleaner, less brand-dependent vehicle catalog.
Lore-friendly content is designed to feel native to the GTA universe instead of presenting itself as a real-world branded product. A debadged vehicle can support that direction, although fully lore-friendly models often go further with fictional names and styling.
Vehicles include a configured handling.meta. Handling can be adjusted for realistic weight, street driving, racing or drifting, and the Vehicle Converter also provides ready-made handling presets.
Downloads, repairs and purchase policies
Orders & support
Open a support ticket with your order number, the vehicle name and a clear description or console screenshot. We repair the model and provide a working version. If it cannot be repaired, it is replaced with another vehicle of equal value.
We support installation, vehicle files, handling and product-related conflicts. For the fastest help, join our Discord and include your order number. Full server development and unrelated third-party scripts are outside product support.
Digital downloads are final once delivered. Duplicate charges and paid orders that were never delivered are reviewed within 48 hours. Broken products are repaired or replaced rather than left unresolved. Read the complete Refund Policy.
