Download the ZIP, extract it into your server's resources directory, add an ensure line to your server.cfg, then restart. Every file ships with an fxmanifest.lua for plug-and-play, drag-and-drop setup.

Is this optimized or will it lag my server?

Yes. Textures are compressed under the 16MB FiveM streaming cap, which prevents the missing-model and server-lag problems that oversized files cause.
