All products sold on FiveMRides.com are digital files delivered instantly after payment. As these items are downloadable and non-returnable, this refund policy
explains the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Digital Delivery & Instant Access
After your purchase is completed, your digital files are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is instant; if you do not receive your download link
within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our support so we can resend the files and verify delivery using our download logs.
Eligible Refund Conditions
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only in the following situations:
- Technical issue: You did not receive your download and we are unable to provide a working file after troubleshooting.
- Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- Incorrect file: You received a file that does not match the product you ordered.
In these cases, we will either replace the file or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The product was downloaded successfully.
- You selected the wrong product or changed your mind after purchase.
- You expected features that are not mentioned in the product description.
- You open a dispute without contacting our support team first.
Once a download link has been sent and the file has been accessed, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. If you encounter any problem with your files, please
